Looking to get involved this election season? There are MANY was to do it.
Here’s what you need to know:
Early voting & election day poll greeters: Staff the Henrico Dems table at the Western or Eastern Government Centers during early voting. Monday – Friday from now until October 31st. Saturday early voting dates are October 25th and November 1st. Educate voters and connect Democrats with opportunities to help our candidates. Greet voters with sample ballots on Election day. Sign up for shifts – Note that there is a tab for each Government Center for early voting and for each Magisterial District for Election Day.
Host an event, recruit other volunteers, distribute signs, help with social media: There is truly something for everyone!
Outreach Events: Volunteers are needed to help with Henrico Dems events, where you’ll help to educate voters about the upcoming election, voter registration and how to get involved. Sign up here
Get out the vote: Knock doors for Abigail Spanberger and candidates up and down the ballot. You’ll be trained to have high energy conversations with voters to spread the message and make sure our supporters have a plan to get out and vote before Election Day.
Phone bank: The key to a strong campaign is a good conversation with voters! Make calls on behalf of Abigail Spanberger, May Nivar, and the rest of the Democratic ticket. You need to bring a laptop/tablet and your cell phone (your phone number is NOT used to make the calls).
