Early Voting opens 3/6 – Henrico Early In-Person Voting Hours
A Proposed Constitutional Amendment will come before the voters on April 21st. This is the language that will be on your ballot.
BALLOT QUESTION
Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia’s standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?

Deadlines:
- Apply for ballot to be mailed to you: through 4/10/2026
- Register to Vote/Update Registration: 4/14/2026
- Early in-person voting: 3/6/2026 through 4/18/2026

Election Day Volunteers
We’ll have poll greeters out on election day, Tuesday April 21st. Sign up for your favorite precinct here – or to be a free agent if you don’t want to play favorites. Please try to staff the locations that are listed as a priority first, so we can ensure coverage of locations that have high turnout and visibility. Not all precincts are listed. I will add more precincts when the slots are filled up!
