Friends of Hanover is working round the clock to fight the data centers proposed for Hanover County. Their leadership led to a recommend to Deny from the Planning Commission on the Hunting Hawk Technology Park. With that proposal withdrawn by the developer, they are focused on the next data center project.
The Mountain Road Technology Park is also adjacent to the Henrico County line and impacts thousands of Hanover and Henrico residents.
There are two events coming up where you can help them fight. The first is the planning commission meeting on 4/16. There will likely be a decision made at this meeting about whether the proposal proceeds to the Board of Supervisors.
If you’re looking for a worthy activity for Earth Day, the 2nd of their upcoming events is a great choice for you and the family.
N4C hopes to see you at these events!
