Updated: 12/1/25 – Black Friday and Cyber Monday are in the rear view mirror, but we can all use a reminder to shop local this holiday season.

TheWorkFM 93.9 is a progressive community radio station “For the People, By the People.” The all-volunteer, non-commercial station’s live stream includes community radio with progressive news and discussions, local programming, local music, and a space for women’s voices.

My partner is on Medicaid and they craftily cut it – for after the midterms. He has a large number of health issues, and it’s going to be very difficult for him to get healthcare. It’ll be really tough.”
