Happy Birthday N4C!

Happy birthday to us! Neighbors for Change just celebrated our 1st birthday and what a year it was!

We rallied, we protested, we brought people together, we told amazing stories about our neighbors and how they’ve been affected by changes at the federal and local levels, and we met many like-minded people such as you!

Here are some of the highlights:

• Signed petitions to get Democratic candidates on the ballot, which led to a DEMOCRATIC SWEEP in November 2025
• Protested Rob Wittman (R VA1), who has almost consistently voted with Trump and has not held town halls to hear from his constituents
• Marched in “Hands Off,” “No Kings,” and “Make Good Trouble” protests
• Volunteered and advocated for Delegate May Nivar (D D57) to flip the seat from red to blue
• Staffed the polls and kept people informed about primary elections and the November elections
• Collected food for the Henrico Food Bank
• Fought the data center proposed for Hanover County that would be near Western Henrico County
• And so much more!

And now, we’re refreshed and ready for 2026! Some of you may remember us from the “old” days when we were “Together We Will Wyndham.” A year ago, we rebranded and refocused.
