There are three Constitutional Amendments on the ballot in Virginia this year. To amend the Virginia Constitution, proposed amendments must pass through the General Assembly in two separate election cycles before they can be put before Virginia voters to make the final decision on election day.

N4C strongly supports a YES vote for each of these amendments because we can no longer count on Federal protection of our rights to Reproductive Healthcare (not simply abortion access), Marriage Equality and Voting Rights Restoration.
